MALDEN - A group of young women from the YWCA TASK (Teen Advocates Sharing Knowledge) gave a presentation to the City Council last night, outlining the persistent problem of younger smokers in Malden, and the sale of alternative tobacco products, like chewing tobacco and tipped cigars. They were awarded a joint commendation from the council and Board of Health.
